Lake 6, Fir Tree Lake is a large lake of approximately 3.75 acres.

The lake is stocked with a mix of common and mirror carp, ranging from 14lbs up to 30lbs+.

The fish are in outstanding condition: healthy, strong and many are rarely caught.

The lake is now for exclusive hire for 1 to 6 anglers for a minimum of 48 hours.

The lake is fully otter fenced with an onsite composting toilet and electric shower.

The lake is available to hire for 1 to 6 anglers maximum. No ‘extra’ anglers/friends are permitted on site at any time.

Hire is a minimum of 48 hours at a cost of £250.

Every 24-hour period after that, is charged at a further £100. Therefore, 3 days hire is £350.

Arrival times are negotiable with the owner. No early arrivals or extended stays are permitted.
There are 8 allocated swims with space to set up bivvy facilities.
Each swim can be accessed by a vehicle to drop off and pick up equipment only.
Parking is onsite within the boundary fence.

Guests staying at Clovelly Lakes may book the lake for their sole use, if it is available, at a cost of £20.00 per person per day.

At the time of booking all party members agree to abide by the rules set down by Clovelly Lakes.
